Marketing is inexorably becoming more digital and integrated across all channels, old and new.
As a marketing analytics consulting firm, we help CEOs and other general managers, CMOs, and CIOs weave together information and processes required to better support marketing decisions. Here's how we fit into your "ecosystem" of resources:
"Successful change begins with results." We focus our work not on capability per se, but on addressing specific, quantified, "value-able" performance gaps. This way we make sure that together we touch what's necessary to close these gaps, and to bootstrap funding to sustain changes.
Sustaining changes requires "scaffolding" across a variety of dimensions -- technology, process support, and skill development. We call our ideas for blending short-term results focus with longer term process change "Pragmalytics", which we've described further here and here.
We stay engaged with clients beyond individual projects, but "peel away" over time to the minimum level of "scaffolding" they need to support their businesses.
What's "Force Five"?
"Force Five” refers to a specific wind strength range (19-24 mph) defined in the Beaufort wind force scale, which describes Force Five as “a fresh breeze, with moderate waves, some foam and spray; smaller trees may sway…” The “F” symbol in our logo is the weather chart symbol for Force Five winds from the northeast.
As avid sailors, we feel this wind strength metaphor perfectly describes the client relationships we seek: we challenge each other, we make lots of progress, and we enjoy the ride together.
