Between these periodic workshop-based efforts, we work on a limited retainer basis to provide guidance and support to communication, execution, evaluation, and adjustments of agreed-on plans
- “Acting GM and CMO” assignments, in which we temporarily lead and support marketing operations, as our clients ramp up new operations or manage through transitions.
- “Marketing Analytics Services”, through which we both identify specific opportunities and also build capabilities for sustaining and expanding analytic insights, using an evolving approach we’ve developed which we call “Pragmalytics”.
